It’s back to quilting time…

We have survived the heat and made it to September. Kids are going back to school so please watch for them. Things are getting busier at the shop. I have classes to let you know about. Before I do that. Our winner for August is Heather Schlag. Congrats Heather, I have $20 in store credit for you.

On a side note. My website is in transition to the new place. I will be working hard to make it as user friendly as possible. When the new site is up, please feel free to offer advise on what would make it easy to use.                ——Jamie

We are trying our first Quilt All Night. Sept 3rd is our event. 5pm – you cant go any longer. $10. We will have food, extra cutting and pressing stations, games and prizes. Come join us.

2016’s Home Sweet Home Row by Row is coming to an end. Last day to purchase kits and pick up patterns is September 6th. Please call ahead if you want a kit. I’m running low.
Just letting everyone know. School is back in session so that means we are open Mondays again. As of Monday Sept 12th we will be open Monday-Wednesday 10a – 5p Thursday 10a – 7p Friday & Saturday 10a – 5p
Columbia River Piecemakers Quilt Guild to host quilt show next weekend Sept 10th. The Oregonianran a story on Kathy and the guild show. You can learn more about our Guild and what they do by following the link.
We are having an English Paper Piecing Hexagon class taught by Cathy Ware from Wild Hare Fiber. Sept 30th 10a – 4p
October 8th Patrice Seawright will be teaching us how to make a flannel shirt. She is working on a class list. The pictured shirt is more fitted then the one we will do. We will make the tunic length one on the bottom left. Class will be $40.00 Plus the cost of the pattern and other supplies
Cathy Ware from Wild Hare Fibers is at it again. Summertime Sampler will be a classing over 2 days. Oct 14th & 15th. Call for cost due to variables.
